Preserving the Material Heritage of Modern Japan

We are building a library of 3D digitized objects used in everyday life during the Showa Era (1925-1989).

昭和時代（1925年～1989年）に日常生活で使用されたものを3Dデジタル化したライブラリーを構築しています。

We think 3D digitization offers an ideal means to create an interactive virtual record of the material artefacts that distinguished everyday life in modern Japan.

3Dデジタル化は、近代日本の日常生活を特徴づけた物質的な遺物のインタラクティブなバーチャル記録を作成する理想的な手段であると考えています。

We invite specialists of all kinds involved in preserving cultural patrimony to join us in ensuring that the twentieth-century cultural heritage of Japan does not disappear.

日本の20世紀の文化遺産が消えることのないよう、文化財保護に携わるあらゆる専門家の方々のご参加をお待ちしています。
